Connecting to Facebook allows an extra level of retrievability to your game. If you were to change device you can then re-access your game yourself from the new device by logging in with Facebook! This also adds the ability to access the game from more than one device.
Please be aware that we will not be able to locate your game using your Facebook name though, so you should still always note down your user ID!
