If you get disconnected you should be able to easily find your game and reconnect.
There are 2 ways you can do this:
The Recover menu - Tap "Log In" when you open the game. Tap the "Recover" button. Any games that you have created on your device will be shown (except if there has been a device reset). Select the correct account and tap the "OK" button. Your game will now open. If you can't find the correct game please contact Support at: support@runaway.zendesk.com
Through Facebook - If your account was connected to Facebook. Tap "Log In" when you open the game. Tap the "Facebook" button and you will be redirected to Facebook. Then tap "Continue" to Log into Facebook and finally "Continue" again and your game will open. Please make sure that you are connected to the right Facebook account on your browser and your Facebook App. If you have any problems connecting to Facebook please contact Support at: support@runaway.zendesk.com .
