Any fish you don't manage to obtain during the event will come back as a Visiting Fish. Check out our FAQ on Visiting Fish for more info. If you do not have enough Splashcash to purchase them the first time they visit, don’t worry! They will come around again. However the Event Decorations can only be unlocked during the event.
