Doug the Glowbug is loosely based on the Mediterranean Pale Glow-bug (Nyctophila reichii). He can come live in your forest after you rent him from the shop. Everyday he will give you FREE currency just by tapping him. Doug is a busy bug and won’t be in your forest forever, so make sure you visit him as often as you can because you need to tap him each day to collect his flutterbucks!
If you purchase Doug, and move him to your storage the timer will still count down from day of purchase, even if he isn't in your forest - so log in and check on him everyday to collect your limited time rewards!
