If you purchase an egg from a visiting butterfly and it does not appear in your forest it could be due to the fact your forest is at or is over max capacity.
We suggest checking your forest is under max capacity before purchasing to ensure there is no confusion!
If you do purchase a visiting Butterfly and your forest is full - the egg should go into your storage.
If you purchase an egg and both your forest and storage are full, the egg may not be laid and you will need to contact us via the 'Contact Us' button. You will need to tell us the name of the visiting butterfly.
