Please contact us within 24 hours with the following:
- A screenshot of the receipt for the purchase you're missing*
- Your user ID
- Any other helpful information for us to investigate.
*We will need to see a screenshot from either Amazon, Apple or Google Play of the purchase you're having an issue with, it must mention the pack you purchased - e.g 20,000 Coins, or 1/2 price pollen for 24 hours.
We understand that Apple at times does not send receipts straight away (+24 hours after purchase) - that's ok!
If you are instead wanting to follow up a refund you will need to contact the store you purchased from as we do not have the capacity to provide refunds ourselves. Please do this ASAP as each store will have its own refund policies.
