Contacting Support via in-game
Process:
- You accesses the Settings menu in-game
- Furistas, Old Friends, Bird Bnb and Bird Kind
- You tap “Contact Support”
- You can then tap “Get in Touch”
- Starlight, Flutter and Splash
- You tap “Help”
- For Android devices, you then tap “Contact Us”. Bottom right
- For iOS devices, tap the compose a message icon. Top left
- Furistas, Old Friends, Bird Bnb and Bird Kind
- You compose a message including your Game ID, plus a second form of identification - ie, any Facebook details, Runaway login details and/or your name.
- Your Game ID is flagged on our platform for deletion.
- Once a week, generally Fridays, the Support Team goes through the requested deletions and deletes all data associated with the Game ID from the platform.
