The lightning bolt symbol you see on the bunnies profile when matching them to a customer shows whether or not they are energised! Energised bunnies earn more hearts. Individual bunnies are re-energised at the start of a new day or when you level them up and all your bunnies will be re-energised when you level up your sanctuary!
