- A screenshot of the receipt for the purchase you're missing*
- Your user ID
- Any other helpful information for us to investigate
Please be aware that the appstore handles any financial aspects of purchasing and if you wish to obtain a refund you need to get in touch with them regarding this. We are only able to send game content.
*We will need to see a screenshot of an official appstore receipt for the purchase you're having an issue with, it must mention the pack you purchased - e.g 250 tokens, 50 kitty kash etc.
We understand that Apple at times does not send receipts straight away (+24 hours after purchase) - that's ok!
