Contacting Support via email
Process:
- You can contact the Support team via support@runaway.zendesk.com.
- You can then request a copy of their data, and provide their User ID plus a second form of identification - ie, any Facebook details, Runaway login details and/or your name.
- Your Game ID is added to a spreadsheet IF you have provided us with at least 2 forms of identification listed above.
- Once a week, generally Fridays, the Support team will go through the requests and email you a copy of your data as requested.
