There are two different types of Dog Streams! The Level Unlock Stream is how you level up your Sanctuary, and the Item Donation Stream is how you get donations from your followers.
Dog Streams unlock once Bagel has arrived in your Sanctuary and are accessible through the Camera button on the bottom of the screen.
