Contacting Support via email
Process:
- You can contact the Support team via support@runaway.zendesk.com.
- You then request that their data gets deleted and provide your User ID plus a second form of identification - i.e. any Facebook details, Runaway login details and/or your name.
- Your Game ID is flagged on our platform for deletion IF you have provided us with at least 2 forms of identification listed above (ie Your Game ID and Facebook details, or Game ID and name. You must use your Game ID as one of the two forms of identification, to avoid someone falsely providing someone else’s details.).
- Once a week, generally Fridays, the Support Team will go through the requested deletions and delete all data associated with the Game ID from the platform.
- You will then be informed of the deletion via email.
